Project Summary
The old tar and gravel roof was removed. There was no slope at all to the old roof, creating many leaks and damaging valuable equipment inside. We installed a new EPDM roof that’s properly sloped. We even added close to R-70 insulation value to the building that will save money for the property owner on utility payments!
