Case Study: Roof Repair on Multiple Townhomes

Project Summary

We are replacing the roof on multiple townhomes. They previously had a three tab shingle and had leaks in multiple units. Throughout the process we have identified leaks and performed temporary repairs. Now we are installing a new roof system including ice and water and Owens Corning flex which is a real impact resistant roof material.
